Introduction About CARITERO TABLET
Caritero Tablet is a dietary supplement used as an adjuvant management for thrombocytopenia associated with dengue fever. It contains carica papaya leaf extract as an active ingredient to increase platelet production and to maintain normal platelet count.
Carica papaya leaf extract contains enzymes called chymopapin and papain that aid in normalising the platelet count in the blood, improving the liver function, clotting factor and repairing the damage to the liver, which helps to enhance overall health.
Always take Caritero Tablet as advised by the doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Recommended dosage is three times a day or as directed by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
