Introduction About CALOMOIST LOTION
Calomoist Calamine Lotion is a mild astringent and antiseptic used to relieve minor sunburn and minor skin conditions. It contains calamine, zinc oxide, and glycerin as active ingredients that create a moisture barrier to protect the skin from exposure.
Calamine is zinc oxide (98%) that has cooling, mild astringent, soothing and protective properties. It can also block broad-spectrum sunlight (UVB, UVA and visible light). Glycerin reduces loss of moisture and softens and soothes the skin. Rose water contains antioxidants that protect the skin cells against damage and also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Always apply Calomoist Calamine Lotion as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Stop using Calomoist Calamine Lotion and consult your doctor if rash, redness or itching occurs.
