Introduction About CALGYM TABLET
Calgym Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to manage nutritional deficiencies and bone-related problems (such as osteonecrosis, osteoporosis, etc). It contains calcium citrate, vitamin D3, zinc and magnesium as active ingredients to enhance bone mineral density and strengthen the bones.
Vitamin D3 helps in aiding the calcium absorption by acting on certain gut cells, thereby increasing the production of calcium transporting proteins. Calcium citrate directly increases the calcium stores in the body. Magnesium plays a vital role in bone producing cells. Zinc plays a vital role in enhancing bone metabolism.
