Introduction About CALCIFIT FORTE TABLET
Calcifit Forte Tablet is a nutritional supplement that is used to manage reduced level of calcium in body during various conditions such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia and during pregnancy and lactation. It also optimizes calcium utilization by the body.
During pregnancy, it reduces pregnancy induced hypertension (increased blood pressure) and manages premature labour. Calcifit Forte Tablet has Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate, and Vitamin D3 as the chief ingredients that regulate calcium levels.
Calcium carbonate provides calcium to the body that is the main ingredient of the bone. Due to constant regeneration of bone tissue in the body, intake of calcium is a necessity. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate provides zinc that also comprises the mineral portion of the bones. It supports the bone building activity of the cells and inhibits the activity of the bone depleting cells.
Magnesium Hydroxide provides magnesium that aids in calcium absorption by playing a key role in the conversion of Vitamin D into its active form. Vitamin D aids in metabolizing calcium in the body.
Calcifit Forte Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. It is only for oral administration. Swallow Calcifit Forte Tablet with a glass of water, do not crush, break or chew it. Take one tablet twice or thrice daily or as advised. Do not exceed the stated daily dose of Calcifit Forte Tablet.
