Introduction About BONOCAL K2 7 SOFTGEL
Bonocal-K27 Softgel Capsule is a nutritional supplement that is used to increase bone mineralization and reabsorption of calcium in senile osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones due to ageing), and renal osteodystrophy (weak bones due to kidney disease).
Bonocal-K27 Softgel Capsule is also used in postmenopausal osteopenia (loss of bone mineral density after menopause). It contains Calcitriol, Calcium Citrate Malate, and Vitamin K2-7 as active ingredients that help in increasing the bone mass and strength.
Calcitriol aids in absorbing more calcium from food/supplements, and in regulating the production of parathyroid hormone (responsible for maintaining the balance between calcium and phosphorus in the body).
Calcium citrate malate facilitate calcium retention and bone accrual which leads to consolidation and maintenance of bone mass and thus managing bone fracture and reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Vitamin K2-7 increases the collagen production through bone forming cells and manages deposition of calcium in the arteries thus increasing healthy bone deposits.
