    Direction for Use/Dosage

    Before the first measurement, rest for about 5 minutes. Attach the cuff to your bare left upper arm, positioning it 2-3 cm above the elbow, ensuring the tube is in line with the center of your palm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. Adopt a comfortable sitting posture with your back and arm supported, and your feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. Remain still and do not speak during the process. The device will automatically inflate, measure, and then deflate. The systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the screen. After the measurement, the device will automatically switch off after a short period.
