Start by washing your hands with soap and water.
Remove the sanitary pad from its wrapper.
Peel off the paper strip from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive.
Position the pad in the center of your underwear with the sticky side down.
If the pad has wings, remove the paper from the wings and fold them securely around the sides of the underwear.
After use, wrap the used pad in paper or its original wrapper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush the pad down the toilet.
