BARALGAN D 40MG INJECTION is an antispasmodic agent used for renal colic, biliary colic, smooth muscle spasm of bladder and urinary tract, menstrual cramps, abdominal cramps and other pain related to smooth muscles. It can also be used for cervical dilation during labour in some cases.
It contains a medicine called Drotaverine which works by relaxing the smooth muscles.
