AZELAST EYE DROPS contains Azelastine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines. It is used to manage signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial).

Allergic conjunctivitis is an eye inflammation caused due to exposure of eye(s) towards various allergens such as pollens, dusts, or molds etc. It can occur seasonally or year-round (perennial) and often characterized by eye redness, itching or irritation with excessive tear production.

AZELAST EYE DROPS is for ophthalmic use only. Wash your hands before and after application. Do not touch the tip of the container with your eyes, eyelids or areas around your eyes or fingers, to avoid contamination. If you wear soft contact lenses, make sure to remove them before using AZELAST EYE DROPS and wait for at least 10 minutes before reinsertion.

Before using AZELAST EYE DROPS inform your doctor if you have any infection in the eye. You must also inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as precaution. Contact your doctor if your eye condition worsens or does not improve after 6 weeks of use.

Close your eyes and gently press the inner corner of your eye for 2 minutes. Repeat the same in the other eye if required.

Do not touch the tip of the container with your eyes, eyelids or areas around your eyes or fingers, to avoid contamination.
