    Description

The Bionote Anigen Rapid CPV Ag Test Kit is a diagnostic tool for the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus (CPV) antigen in canine feces. This test operates on a chromatographic immunoassay principle to provide a one-step testing procedure. It is intended for veterinary diagnostic use to help in the early and accurate identification of CPV, a highly contagious viral disease that can cause severe gastrointestinal illness in dogs, particularly puppies.

Diagnostic Tool: This kit is a chromatographic immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus antigen in a dog's fecal matter. Comprehensive Kit: Each box contains ten test kits, including test devices, specimen tubes with assay diluent, sample collection swabs, and disposable droppers. Simple Procedure: The test involves a straightforward, one-step process for collecting and testing the sample, providing results within 5-10 minutes.

Q: What is the Bionote Anigen Rapid CPV Ag Test Kit used for?

A: This kit is a chromatographic immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus (CPV) antigen in a dog's feces. It helps in the early diagnosis of Parvovirus infection.

Q: Who should use this test kit?

A: This test is intended for veterinary diagnostic use only and should be administered by a veterinary professional. A definitive clinical diagnosis should be made by a veterinarian after evaluating all clinical and laboratory findings.

Q: What sample is required for this test?

A: A fecal sample collected from the dog using the provided swab is required for the test. The test should be performed immediately after collecting the specimen for the most reliable results.

Q: How long does it take to get the results?

A: The test results can be interpreted within 5 to 10 minutes after applying the sample. Results read after this time frame may not be accurate.

Q: What do the results look like?

A: The result window has a control line (C) and a test line (T). A positive result is indicated by the presence of both the C and T lines, while a negative result shows only the C line. If the C line does not appear, the test is considered invalid.
