ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution is a Urinary Alkalizing agent used to manage the symptoms of urinary tract infections (such as low urine output, painful urination or burning sensation while passing urine) when used in combination with antibiotics. It also corrects dehydration by replacing the lost electrolytes in the body and helps in managing the symptoms of inflammation in the urinary tract such as pyelitis, cystitis, urethritis and urolithiasis.
It contains Disodium Hydrogen Citrate as the key ingredient. It works by increasing the pH of the blood and urine.
