Introduction About ALKASOL SUGAR FREE SOLUTION

ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution is a Urinary Alkalizing agent used to manage the symptoms of urinary tract infections (such as low urine output, painful urination or burning sensation while passing urine) when used in combination with antibiotics. It also corrects dehydration by replacing the lost electrolytes in the body and helps in managing the symptoms of inflammation in the urinary tract such as pyelitis, cystitis, urethritis and urolithiasis.

It contains Disodium Hydrogen Citrate as the key ingredient. It works by increasing the pH of the blood and urine. This makes your urine less acidic which helps in managing the urinary symptoms (such as painful urination, low urine output or burning sensation while passing urine) caused due to urinary tract infections or inflammation.

It also replenishes the lost electrolytes in the body and increases urine output which helps in managing dehydration and in flushing out harmful bacteria that causes urinary tract infection.  ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution must be dissolved in water before consumption.

Before taking ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have Addison’s disease, fluid retention in your body parts or lungs, hypertension or heat cramps as a precaution.

Do not take ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The most common side effects of taking ALKASOL Sugar Free Solution are increased urination, diarrhea and flatulence. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects trouble you.
