What is it actually?
A hair straightener in which plates are not fitted into the body but are air-suspended on a silicon holder.
How does the suspended plates technology help?
Unlike standard straighteners, the suspended plates perfectly align with your hair to capture each strand in one stroke, helping you achieve one-pass perfection with a product that glides smoothly from root to tip.
Normal straighteners have floating plate technology mounted within the body of the straightener. The Float styler has a completely isolated plates-mount and float mechanism. This means while you style the plates take the shape of the hair and each and every strand of hair receives equal amount of heat and pressure.
Can I use it on any hair type and length?
Yes, like a normal good quality straightener you can use the Float on hair of any length, type and texture.
Does it need any special care and maintenance?
No. It doesn’t need any unusual care of maintenance. The silicon strips on which the plates are mounted are flexible like rubber. Do not try to intrude the floating mechanism with any sharp objects or do not displace or push the silicon strips while cleaning the body of the styler
Is it only for hair straightening?
No. It can be used for curls, waves, flicks and everything else that a normal good quality hair straightener does.
What temperature does it work at?
The Float Styler has a digital temperature range of 100-230°C. It has a digital control and monitoring. What it means is that you can change the temperature by clicking a button and select which temperature you want to work at precisely. When the temperature is set, the micro-chip control steps in and regulates the temperature to the preset levels and hence you get precisely the same temperature throughout the styling session.
What is the cool-touch technology all about?
Our innovative suspended plates provide cool touch technology by directing the heat away from the outer casing. Grip the top of the straightener for ultimate control and ease, whether you’re creating straight styles, curls or waves. The cooler housing helps beautifully set curls in place.
