There are 3 functions in the Blow Brush:
First setting (cool/blast): Almost cool air with high air flow (suitable for blast drying and setting a blow style). Least hot air as compared to the other 2 settings. It is not completely cold air.
Mid setting (low/hot): Hot air with low air flow (suitable for getting rid of excess moisture from the hair quickly).
Top setting (high/warm): Hot air with high air flow (suitable for tight and defined quick blow drying and blow styling).
