Description
Acuvue 1-Day Moist lenses are daily disposables designed for convenience and to keep eyes feeling hydrated and comfortable throughout the day. They feature LACREON® Technology, which embeds a moisture-rich ingredient directly into the lens material to help reduce dryness. This makes them a suitable choice for individuals who prefer a fresh pair of lenses every day without the need for cleaning and storage routines.
LACREON® Technology: This technology embeds a wetting agent into the lens, creating a cushion of moisture that lasts for an extended period to aid comfort.
UV Protection: The lenses help protect the eyes by blocking a high percentage of UVA and UVB rays.
Daily Disposable Convenience: Wear them for one day and then discard, eliminating the need for daily cleaning, storage, or care routines.
Q: What is the recommended usage schedule for these lenses?
A: These are daily disposable lenses. You wear a fresh pair for the day and then discard them before sleeping, which means no cleaning or storage is required.
Q: What technology is used to keep the lenses comfortable?
A: These lenses feature LACREON® Technology, which embeds a moisture-rich wetting agent directly into the lens material, creating a long-lasting cushion of moisture to keep them comfortable throughout the day.
Q: Do these contact lenses offer UV protection?
A: Yes, they offer Class 2 UV protection, blocking approximately 82% of UVA and 97% of UVB rays. However, they are not a substitute for UV-absorbing eyewear like sunglasses as they do not cover the entire eye area.
Q: Are these lenses a good option for individuals with sensitive or dry eyes?
A: These lenses are designed to provide comfort and may be a suitable option for people with dry or sensitive eyes because the LACREON® technology helps to lock in moisture and reduce irritation.
Q: Is it necessary to consult an eye care professional before using these lenses?
A: Yes, it is advisable to consult with an eye care professional. Contact lenses are available by prescription only, and a professional can ensure the proper fit and advise on correct usage.
