1. Before handling, wash and dry your hands thoroughly with a lint-free towel.
2. Check that the lens is not inside out; it should look like a bowl with straight edges.
3. Gently place the lens on the tip of your index finger.
4. Hold your upper and lower eyelids open, look up, and place the lens on your eye.
5. Close your eye slowly to allow the lens to settle.
6. At the end of the day, simply remove the lenses and dispose of them. Do not reuse.
