    Sit in a calm environment for at least 5 minutes before measurement. Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, about one inch above the elbow. Sit in a relaxed, upright position with your arm level with your heart and feet flat on the floor. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement. Press the 'START' button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate and then deflate automatically. Your systolic and diastolic pressure, along with your pulse rate, will be displayed on the screen. It is advisable to wait at least 3 minutes before taking another measurement.
