Talk to your doctor before taking VIGORA, if you:
- have a history of allergy to sildenafil or any other component of this medicine
- have severe kidney impairment
- have priapism - underlying conditions such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia or deformation of the penis
- have disease of the retina
- have disease of the heart and blood vessel
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
Talk to your doctor if you are taking,
- riociguat
- medicine containing nitrates
- clarithromycin, amlodipine
- atazanavir, carbamazepine
- dexamethasone
- ketoconazole
- Always use this medicine exactly as told by your doctor
- When taken for PAH(Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension), it is generally used 3 times in a day, with a gap of 4-6 hours
- For problems related to erectile dysfunction, you should use them only when you need it, probably half an hour to one hour before any sexual activity
If you use more VIGORA
- If you use more VIGORA, contact a doctor immediately
If you forget to use VIGORA
- Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember
- It can be skipped if it almost time for the next scheduled dose
- This applies to conditions like Pulmonary Hypertension where the dose regimen is fixed
If you stop taking VIGORA
- Do not stop using VIGORA unless your doctor tells you to
Like all medicines, VIGORA can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
- pain in the bladder
- bloody and cloudy urine
- indigestion
- bone pain
- migraine headache
- increase in the frequency of urination
- dizziness
- headache
- blurred vision
- stuffy nose
- pain in the back or in the muscles
- stomach upsets, trouble in sleeping
- bleeding nose
- burning, numbness, tingling in the arms and feet
- prolonged and painful erection
- changes in vision
- sensitivity to light
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date
- Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
