    How TUSSALYTE XP Works

TUSSALYTE XP contains a combination of Ambroxol, Guaiphenesin, menthol and Terbutaline works together to relieve respiratory symptoms like productive cough and bronchospasms (tightening of the airways).

    • Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, which means it helps to break down and thin the mucus, making it easier to cough up and clear from the airways.
    • Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that increases the volume and reduces the viscosity of mucus, helping to clear it more effectively from the respiratory tract.
    • Levosalbutamol (a bronchodilator): It relaxes the muscles in the airways, helping to widen them and improve airflow, making breathing easier.
