Introduction About THIAMIN TABLET

Thiamin Tablet is a vitamin supplement used to correct thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiency. It contains benfotiamine as the active ingredient. Benfotiamine is a synthetic form of Vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It plays an important role in conversation and storage of sugars in the body and is responsible for energy production.

Additionally, recent studies show that vitamin B1 also plays a role in regulating blood sugar levels and in controlling Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, a nerve disorder caused due to low Vitamin B1 levels in the body.

Take Thiamin Tablet as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Before taking Thiamin Tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or having any pre-existing disease conditions as a precaution.
