TADACT 20MG TABLET contains Tadalafil which belongs to the group of medicines called Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It is used in adults to treat erectile dysfunction (in men) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence) is a sexual condition where a man cannot sustain a hard erected penis that is required for a normal sexual activity. It happens due to decreased blood flow to the penis.
PAH can be defined as increased blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs. It can be caused due to narrowing of blood vessels (arteries) supplying the heart and the lungs. Symptoms of PAH might include shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness and feeling faint.
TADACT 20MG TABLET is not an aphrodisiac (sex-stimulating agent). Therefore, it cannot be used to induce sexual thoughts or can improve sexual performance/pleasure in healthy men. It would help you to get an erection only if you are sexually stimulated. It is also not suitable for use in healthy men who do not have erectile dysfunction.
