In Acebrophylline + FexofSPIROMONT FA Tablet, Acebrophylline belongs to the class of drugs called mucolytic drugs. The drug acts by loosening the mucus, thereby making easy to cough out mucus. It also inhibits certain chemicals responsible for inflammation.
