  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • The dose range for PIVASTA 2MG is 1 to 4 mg orally once daily at any time of the day with or without food
  • The recommended starting dose is 2 mg and the maximum dose is 4 mg

If you use more PIVASTA 2MG

  • If you have taken more PIVASTA 2MG than you should, talk to your doctor or local hospital accident and emergency department

If you forgot to take PIVASTA 2MG

  • Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses. If you have forgotten to take your medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is due within 2 hours, take the dose now and skip the next one

If you stop taking PIVASTA 2MG

  • Do not stop taking the PIVASTA 2MG until the doctor has told you to do so

  • dark-colored urine
  • pale-colored or dark, tarry stools
  • tiredness
