What OTRINOZ is used for?

It is used to treat

  • dryness inside the nose
  • nasal allergies, nasal irritation
  • upper airway cough syndrome
  • nasal congestion

Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you:

  • are allergic to Sodium chloride or to any of the other contents of this medicine
  • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, consult your doctor for advice
  • This medicine can be used in children and adolescents
  • This medicine is unlikely to affect driving and using machines
  • Tell your doctor if you are using any other nasal spray or nasal drops
  • Always use this medicine exactly as the doctor has told you
  • Apply 2-4 sprays or drops in each nostril 3 times a day
  • Use cotton bud to remove excess mucus
  • Wipe the tip of the dropper after each use

If you use more OTRINOZ

  • If you use more OTRINOZ, contact your doctor immediately

If you forget to use OTRINOZ

  • If you forget to use OTRINOZ, take the missed dose as soon as you remember, unless it is nearly time for the next dose, do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose

If you stop using OTRINOZ

  • Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you
Very Rare

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.



  • transient sneezing
  • stinging of nose
