Introduction About MECOBAL PLUS INJECTION
Mecobal Plus Injection is used to manage peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, drug induced neuropathy and neuralgia. It contains methylcobalamin as an active ingredient.
Methylcobalamin, a bioactive form of vitamin B12 supports the synthesis and maintenance of myelin, the protective sheath around nerves, facilitating proper nerve conduction. It also participates in the methylation process, aiding in DNA repair and nerve cell regeneration. Additionally, it modulates neurotransmitter activity, contributing to pain modulation. Its neuroprotective properties collectively help alleviate symptoms and improve nerve function in individuals with neuropathy and neuralgia.
