Introduction About LAMREST 10 TABLET
LAMREST 10 Tablet is a supplement used to manage sleeplessness and improves sleep in certain conditions, such as jet lag. It contains Melatonin as an active ingredient that help in optimizing night-day and sleep-wake cycle.
Melatonin is a hormone that is released from brain and enters into circulation to regulate the body's sleep-wake cycles, managing the jet lag. This supplement directly enters the blood stream and initiate the process of sleep (Cycle sleep).
Always take LAMREST 10 Tablet once daily or as directed by your doctor. One tablet once a day with meals for optimizing the cycle sleep or process of sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take if you are allergic to Melatonin. It is not recommended for use in children.
