  • Head lice infestations

Ivermectin is an antiparasitic agent. It kills the parasite by selectively binding to the glutamate-gated chloride ion channels present in the nerve and muscle cells of the organisms. Binding of ivermectin to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels increase the influx of chloride ion which results in hyperpolarization, leading to paralysis and death of the parasite.

Use this medicine as directed by your physician. It is external use only. Shake well before use. Wet your hair with water. Apply the required amount of the shampoo and massage well to form lather. Apply the foam all over the hair and wait for 2-3 minutes. Rinse your hair with water. Repeat the step if necessary.
