I 100 Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to manage anemia. It may also help to relieve tiredness, iron deficiency and to promote general wellbeing in anaemic individuals. I 100 Tablet contains Ferrous ascorbate, L-Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine, Zinc as active ingredients that helps to meet up the nutritional needs in people who do not get sufficient nutrients and energy from their diet.
Ferrous ascorbate acts as an iron source that helps in management of iron deficiency anemia. Iron is essential for the formation of haemoglobin, a blood constituent that gives blood red colour and blood cells the capacity to transport oxygen throughout the body. L-Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine helps for the formation and maturation of red blood cells and for maintaining healthy functioning of nerves, blood vessels, heart, and brain.
