- HYDROMAX CT contains combination of two substances Coal tar and Salicylic acid. It helps to reduce the excessive hardening, thickening and scaling of the skin

- HYDROMAX CT is used for the treatment of dry scaly skin disorders of the scalp such as psoriasis,eczema, dandruff and other inflammatory conditions causing irritation and scaliness

Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you
- are allergic to salicylic acid, coconut oil, distilled coal tar or any of the other ingredients of HYDROMAX CT
- have any acute infection of the skin
- have broken or infected skin
- suffer from any form of psoriasis which causes the appearance of blisters filled with pus (acute pustular psoriasis)
- HYDROMAX CT should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding
- HYDROMAX CT is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 6 years of age
- Using this product is not known to affect your ability to drive or use machinery
Tell your doctor if you are using any other topical preparations or any other herbal products.
- Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- With the tips of the fingers apply it to the affected area
If you use more HYDROMAX CT
- If you use more HYDROMAX CT it is unlikely to lead to any serious side effects. If you accidentally swallow any HYDROMAX CT, immediately tell your doctor or contact your nearest hospital casualty department
If you forget to use this HYDROMAX CT
- If you forget to use this product, use it when you remember
If you Stop taking this HYDROMAX CT
- Do not stop using this medicine unless told by your doctor
Like all medicines, HYDROMAX CT can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
- Irritation or allergic skin reactions such as itching or redness of the scalp
- Irritation of the skin
- Inflammation of the hair follicles
- Acne like eruptions
- Hair loss
- Discoloration of skin and hair
- A rash from sensitivity to sunlight
- difficulty in breathing or tightness in your chest
- Keep it out of the reach and sight of children
- Store at room temperature (15°-25°C)
- Do not use after the expiry date
- Do not use if the tube membrane is broken
