Introduction About GUMAID GUM ASTRINGENT
GUMAID Gum Astringent is an astringent and haemostatic agent used to manage gum problems like swollen gums, spongy gums, and bleeding gums. It contains tannic acid and zinc chloride as active ingredients that help improve oral hygiene.
Tannic acid is an astringent that works by precipitating the proteins that cause skin cells to contract. Thereby healing and relieving irritation. It also reduces bleeding from minor abrasions. Zinc chloride helps to tighten soft tissue and manage bleeding.
Use GUMAID Gum Astringent as advised by your doctor. It is for dental use only. Shake well before use. Put 2-3 drops on the tip of the index finger and rub gently on the affected area of the gums. It may be repeated every 3–4 hours or as directed by your doctor.
