Introduction:
Fefol Spansule capsule is used for blood cells which carry oxygen round the body. It is indicated in the prevention and treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia (decrease in the number of red blood cells) in pregnant and lactating women. It is also suitable for use as prophylaxis against iron deficiency in menstruating females of child-bearing age. It supplies iron to the body which may help in the production of energy and helps relieve fatigue associated with iron deficiency.
Fefol Spansule capsule is also used for the treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia in the elderly or in patients with nutritional deficiency, following a period of chronic blood loss as in patients with chronic menorrhagia, heavy menstrual periods, and recurrent hookworm infestations, bleeding peptic ulcer, bleeding piles and other conditions characterized by intractable bleeding.

How do you take Fefol Spansule capsule?
Take two capsules a day or as directed by the physician. Due to the risk of mouth ulceration and tooth discoloration, this capsule should not be sucked, chewed or kept in the mouth but swallowed whole with water.
