What is Dydrogesterone used for?

Dydrogesterone is used in the treatment of a range of menstrual disorders such as female infertility, premenstrual syndrome, irregular menstrual cycles, dysmenorrhea and endometriosis. It is a synthetic hormone similar to the natural female sex hormone, progesterone, in the body.

How to take Dydrogesterone?

The dosage of Dydrogesterone prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

If your physician has instructed or directed you to take Dydrogesterone medication in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember.
