    Introduction About DIMOL TABLET

    Dimol Tablet is an anti-flatulent agent used to manage flatulence, bloating and colic caused by trapped gas. It contains activated dimethicone as an active ingredient to reduce bubble formation in the stomach.  

    Activated dimethicone reduces the surface tension of the gas bubbles which combine to form larger bubbles in the stomach that can pass easily by means of belching.

    Always take Dimol Tablet as advised by the doctor. Chew the medicine completely before swallowing. Recommended dosage for children is ½ tablet, adults 1-2 tablets, to be chewed after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components.
