Introduction About D CALFORD TABLET
D-Calford Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to manage calcium deficiency in conditions like osteoporosis (bone loss), osteomalacia or rickets (weak bones), hypoparathyroidism, latent tetany (certain muscle disease), pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It contains calcium citrate malate and vitamin D3 as active ingredients that helps meet up the calcium requirements of the body when the dietary intake is not sufficient.
Calcium is essential for many normal functions of the body mainly, bone formation and maintenance. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) helps the body to increase the intestinal absorption of calcium.
