Can CO2 H TABLET be given to children?

What if I give CO2 H TABLET to my child even if he/she does not have any infection?

What if I forget to take a dose of CO2 H TABLET?
If you forget to take a dose of CO2 H TABLET, take it as soon as you remember. However, omit the missed dose if it's almost time for the next one. Do not take the medicine two times to make up for the missed dose.
Is CO2 H TABLET safe for kidney patients?
CO2 H TABLET is not recommended for patients having kidney impairment and its dose must be adjusted in patients on dialysis. Consult your doctor before taking it.
