Introduction About BEZOXID SOAP
Bezoxid Soap is an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soap used to topically manage mild to moderate acne. It contains benzoyl peroxide as an active ingredient that is an oxidizing agent having antibacterial properties and is classified as a keratolytic agent.
Benzoyl peroxide works by causing the skin to dry and peel and by reducing the number of acne-causing bacteria. It works well for inflammatory acne like pustules, papules, cysts, and nodules (red bumps that contain pus).
Always use Bezoxid Soap as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. In case of incidental ingestion, contact a doctor immediately. Reduce using Bezoxid Soap to once a day or every other day if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs.
