A: Avoid taking Befer Tablet with foods that are high in calcium or phosphorus (Ex. milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, dried beans or peas, lentils, nuts, peanut butter, beer, cola soft drinks, and hot cocoa), as these can make it harder for your body to absorb zinc sulphate. Consult your doctor for advice.
Q: What should I do if I miss to take a dose of Befer Tablet?
A: Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take extra dose of Befer Tablet to compensate for the missed dose.
Q: Can Befer Tablet cause nausea?
A: Befer Tablet might cause nausea. If you feel nauseous, take it with, or just after meals. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oily or spicy foods. If nausea persists, contact your doctor.
