Treats:
ASOMEX reduces blood pressure by a direct relaxant effect on smooth muscle of blood vessels. In angina, it works by reducing the pressure against which the heart works, stabilizing the heart rate and thus reducing energy consumption and oxygen requirements by the heart muscle. It also probably dilatates the main coronary arteries and increases oxygen delivery by heart muscle in patients with coronary artery spasm.
Take ASOMEX as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Correct dosage and duration of ASOMEX will be prescribed to you by your doctor depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

Drink lot of fluids such as water to keep yourself hydrated. Avoid eating high-fat or spicy foods. Do not take any medicine on your own to treat diarrhea without consulting your doctor.
Stomach pain:
Try to rest and relax. Eat and drink slowly or try to eat smaller meals more frequently. Keep a heat pad on your stomach. If you stomach still aches, consult your doctor.
Indigestion/Dyspepsia:
Raise your head and shoulders up while sleeping as this can prevent stomach acid from coming up. Do not eat 3 to 4 hours before going to bed and avoid tea, coffee, cola, or alcohol. If indigestion does not improve, consult your doctor.
Constipation:
Eat plenty of fibre rich foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and cereals and drink plenty of water. Exercise more regularly. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.
Headache:
Apply hot or cold-water bag on your head. Try to take rest in a quiet and dark room. Drink tea or coffee. Massage the scalp or head with mild pressure. Consult your doctor if the symptom gets worse.
