ANGIZAAR 50mg Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Reduction of high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. It belongs to a group of drugs called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. ANGIZAAR 50mg Tablet also helps to protect the kidneys from damage in people with type 2 diabetes, and reduces risk of stroke in people with high blood pressure and an enlarged heart. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
How to take ANGIZAAR 50mg Tablet?
The dosage of ANGIZAAR 50mg Tablet prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.
ANGIZAAR 50mg Tablet can be taken with or without food.
