AF TER CREAM contains Terbinafine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungal agents. It is used topically to treat fungal skin infections.
AF TER CREAM is for external use only. Take the required quantity of the medicine and apply on the affected skin areas. Use AF TER CREAM for the stipulated duration instructed by your physician to achieve better results. Failing to do so may not result in adequate infection control. Also, inform your doctor if you don’t see any improvement in your condition after 2 weeks of therapy.
Do not use AF TER CREAM if you are allergic to terbinafine. It is not suitable for use in children aged below 18 years. Consult your doctor before using AF TER CREAM if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The most common side effects of using AF TER CREAM are skin peeling, itching, skin color changes and burning sensation at the side effects. These side effects are usually harmless. However, consult your doctor if they trouble you.

Stop using AF TER CREAM and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
Application Site Reactions:
Place an icepack on the affected skin areas to ease the irritation. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaps on the affected areas. Wear protective loose-fitting clothes while going outdoors. Regularly moisturize your skin. Avoid exposing your skin towards direct sunlight. If the condition did not improve, contact your doctor.
AF TER CREAM is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless recommended by your physician. Therefore, consult your doctor before using it.
AF TER CREAM is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless recommended by your physician. Therefore, consult your doctor before using it.
AF TER CREAM is unlikely to affect your ability for driving or handling any heavy tools or machines.
Do not use AF TER CREAM if you are allergic to Terbinafine.
Use in Paediatrics:
AF TER CREAM is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Therefore, consult your doctor before application.
Use in Geriatrics:
AF TER CREAM can be used with caution in elderly patients. Therefore, consult your doctor before using it.

Before using AF TER CREAM, inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription, non-prescription and/or herbal supplements as a precaution.
Overdosage:
If you or anyone else accidentally swallowed AF TER CREAM, consult your doctor for advice or visit the nearby hospital. Signs of accidental ingestion might include headache, nausea, dizziness and stomach pain.
