Introduction About OXERUTE CD(L)
OXERUTE CD(L) is a combination of Calcium dobesilate and Troxerutin which belongs to the group of medicines called Vasoprotective agents and Flavonoids respectively. It is used to manage bleeding piles and post piles surgery. It is a double power venotonic.
Hemorrhoids (piles) are swollen veins in anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins. It can develop inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids). Make sure to avoid spicy, oily foods and take plenty of fibers to aid in digestion and ensure speedy recovery. Before taking OXERUTE CD(L) inform your doctor if you have kidney problems.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking OXERUTE CD(L). Safety and effectiveness of OXERUTE CD(L) in children has not been established yet, consult your doctor before taking it. The most common side effects of taking OXERUTE CD(L) are flushing, headache, vertigo. Consult your doctor if symptoms do not reduce.

How OXERUTE CD(L) Works
OXERUTE CD(L) is a combination of Calcium dobesilate and Troxerutin. Calcium dobesilate works on the walls of the small blood vessels and reduces their leakage and fragility. It also improves blood flow by decreasing viscosity, thickness of the blood, thereby relieving inflammation (redness and swelling) in hemorrhoids and promotes healing. Troxerutin strengthens the blood vessels in the affected area.
How to use OXERUTE CD(L)
Take OXERUTE CD(L) as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the right dose and duration depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
