1. Offer Outline:

4. How the Offer Works:

STEP 1:

Place a Qualifying Order

During the Offer Period, the customers must place a Pre-paid/COD order** of Prescription medicines worth a minimum of Rs. 500 or more, using the code NF7, to get an immediate Flat 15% discount (max. Rs. 5000) on medicines. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) medicine order, you will get a credit of 100% NMS SuperCash* (max cashback: Rs. 3000) to your NMS wallet (Cashback Validity: 45 days). The post-discounted value should be Rs. 500 or more to be eligible for 100% NMS SuperCash. 

NOTE: The minimum order value of Rs. 500 is a post-discounted value. This means that if your pre-paid/COD order of medicines on Netmeds (placed from 22nd to 28th June 2022) worth Rs. 500 is reduced to LESS THAN Rs. 500 after the NF7 coupon code discount is applied, then such order will NOT qualify for the Netmedsversary Lucky Draw for FREE 6-month Netmeds First Membership pack worth Rs. 299. So, the Net order amount Payable, AFTER the application of NF7 coupon code, should be Rs. 500 or more to qualify for the Lucky draw.

5. Terms and Conditions – FREE 6-Month Netmeds First Membership worth Rs. 299
   

The 6-month Netmeds First Membership can be availed on Netmeds website, app or m-site. The 6-Month Netmeds First Membership benefits include the following: 

• An additional 2.5% NMS Cash (max. Rs. 100 on pre-paid, medicine orders of ANY value):

Under this benefit, you are entitled to receive an additional 2.5% NMS Cash (max. Rs. 100 only per order), which is the cashback amount that will be credited to your NMS wallet, after your “pre-paid order” of prescription medicines of ANY value is delivered. 2.5% NMS Cash will be credited to the final amount, paid by customer, excluding all the wallet/offer discounts.

The NMS Cash is valid only for 90 days from the date of credit. The NMS cash shall be credited to your e-wallet after the delivery of your pre-paid medicine order only. This 2.5% NMS Cash shall be on top of all other coupons, cashbacks, offers etc. The 2.5% NMS cash in your e-wallet can be used along with other coupons/offers. 

• FREE Delivery (on pre-paid/COD orders of ANY products)

Under this benefit, you are entitled for FREE Delivery of any products. The mode of payment to receive the FREE Delivery can be either Pre-paid or COD. For COD orders, the minimum order required to avail FREE Shipping is Rs. 60 and the eligible maximum order limit is Rs. 5000. For Pre-paid orders, no minimum order is required. 

• Priority processing of the order

Under this benefit, your order will lead the queue in the processing of the order and customer support (priority processing) during the subscription period. 

• An additional 5% OFF on all pathology lab tests ONLY

During the subscription period, you can avail an additional 5% off ONLY on all pathology lab tests, profiles and packages. The additional 5% discount is NOT valid on the booking of any Radiology tests and COVID tests. Please note that the additional 5% off is on top of the ongoing discounts, if any. 

• FREE unlimited online Doctor Consultation

Under this benefit, you are entitled for an unlimited number of online doctor consultation for FREE for all specialties; however, please note that Physiotherapist, Neurologist, Endocrinologist, Oncologist, Gastroenterologist, and Diabetologist specialities CANNOT be consulted for free under the Netmeds First Membership subscription. Also, the Netmeds First Subscribers CANNOT avail the Premium Online Doctor Consultation service for Free.

The online doctors, included in the Unlimited FREE consultation service, are registered medical practitioners. The online doctor consultations can be only availed on Netmeds app or M-site only, subject to the availability of doctors during the subscription period.

Offer Includes: 

• A FLAT 15% discount* (max Rs. 5000) on Pre-Paid/COD order of all Medicines ONLY (code NF7). To get a flat 15% discount on Medicines, a minimum order of Rs. 500 worth of medicines (along with ANY other products) is required.
• A 100% NMS SuperCash (max Rs. 3000), on all “FULL Pre-Paid Orders of Medicines” ONLY. To get a 100% NMS SuperCash, a minimum order of Rs. 500 worth of medicines (along with ANY other products) is required.
• NOTE: Under this offer, the coupon code NF7 cannot be combined with ‘selected’ e-voucher codes.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Offer Details:

• *The maximum discount on medicines per order transaction is capped at Rs. 5000.

What is 100% NMS SuperCash?

• A 100% NMS SuperCash (max. Terms and Conditions - 100% NMS SuperCash

• The 100% NMS SuperCash is eligible on fully Pre-paid medicine orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). A minimum order of Rs. 500 worth of medicines (along with ANY other products) is required to get a 100% NMS SuperCash.
• The 100% NMS SuperCash will be credited in to your Netmeds Cash Wallet account ONLY after your pre-paid order, (placed using the coupon code NF7), is delivered.
• Under this offer, the maximum cashback amount (100% NMS SuperCash) offered is Rs. 3000.
• The 100% NMS SuperCash will be offered ONLY for the orders placed using the promotional coupon code: NF7.
• Your Net Amount Payable for (pre-paid) Order of medicines (along with ANY other products) should be Rs. 500 or more to be eligible for the 100% NMS SuperCash. This means that, to qualify for the Cashback, your order (pre-paid) MUST be worth Rs. 500 or more AFTER the application of the NF7 coupon code discount.
• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the cashback offer will be applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines.
• COD orders are not eligible for 100% NMS SuperCash.
• The 100% NMS SuperCash is eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partners e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment method. NOTE: The 100% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing Netmeds wallet balance such as NMS Cash/NMS SuperCash payment, AND/OR e-voucher code.

How to redeem 100% NMS SuperCash?

Just follow these 4 easy steps to use/redeem your NMS SuperCash, after it has been credited to your Netmeds wallet account.

• Step 1: Add the Medicines you want to your cart.
• Step 2: At the Cart page, in the right-hand side, check “NMS SuperCash” button and the deduction of your NMS SuperCash will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Please note: The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Step 3: Upload/attach Prescription.
• Step 4: Review order and complete payment.
• You should log in to your Netmeds account and check under the Netmeds SuperCash segment of your NMS Wallet to know the value of your NMS SuperCash, which will be credited once your pre-paid order, placed using the coupon code NF7, has been delivered. Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
• Expiry of 100% NMS SuperCash Wallet Amount: The 100% cashback amount that has been credited to your Netmeds SuperCash wallet will expire 45 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused NMS SuperCash, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 45 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• The NMS SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY.
• The NMS SuperCash CANNOT be redeemed on OTC & FMCG products.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Your earned 100% NMS SuperCash can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) NMS Cash or other available payment partners e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). NOTE: NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
• NMS cashbacks will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing NMS SuperCash wallet balance amount.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to revise the maximum limit for the Cashback amount or change the validity period of the Cashback, or revise the maximum discount value under this Offer at any point of time with or without prior notice to the customers, and the same is at the sole discretion of the Company.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to withdraw the NMS SuperCash from the customers’ wallet account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the offer.

• This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding.
