Also, under this offer, New Customers will receive a 20% NMS SuperCash of max. Rs. 1000, upon the delivery of ONLY ‘pre-paid’ medicine order placed on Netmeds.com/Netmeds App. NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 799 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on medicines and a 20% NMS SuperCash. 

NOTE: To qualify for 20% NMS SuperCash, your medicine order (pre-paid) MUST be worth a minimum of Rs. 799 or more AFTER the application of the NMSNEW20 coupon discount. 

How the Offer Works:

Step 1: Place your FIRST medicine order using the coupon code NMSNEW20, valid from 1st to 31st December 2023. NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 799 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on medicines and a 20% NMS SuperCash. 

Step 2: You get an immediate 20% discount (max. Rs. 2000) on medicines. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) medicine order, you will get a credit of 20% NMS SuperCash* (max cashback: Rs. 1000) to your NMS wallet (Cashback Validity: 60 days).

*The 20% NMS SuperCash is calculated based on the post-discounted value, which is obtained after deducting 20% discount amount from your total prescription order amount. Note: The post-discounted value should be Rs. 799 or more to be eligible for 20% NMS SuperCash. 

Points to Note:                                                                       

•     Under this offer, the coupon code NMSNEW20 cannot be combined with ‘selected’ e-voucher codes.
• Please Note: Some of the selected medicines are ONLY eligible for max. 10% discount.
• FLAT 20% OFF Medicines + 20% NMS SuperCash is valid only for NEW customers on the first medicine order.
• The 20% NMS SuperCash is eligible on your FIRST fully Pre-Paid orders of Medicines ONLY (not valid if partly paid by COD).
• NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 799 is required to avail the 20% NMS SuperCash.
•   If your prepaid order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 799 is reduced to LESS THAN Rs. 799 once the NMSNEW20 coupon code discount is applied, then such order will NOT qualify for the Cashback. So, the Net Amount Payable for such order, AFTER the application of the NMSNEW20 coupon code discount, should be Rs. 799 or more to receive the 20% NMS SuperCash.  
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 18% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (45 days from the date of credit) of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• ANY other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers CANNOT be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
• The 20% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing Netmeds wallet balance such as NMS Cash/NMS SuperCash payment, AND/OR e-voucher code.
• The maximum cashback amount (20% NMS SuperCash) is capped at Rs. 1000 per transaction. The validity of the NMS SuperCash is 60 days from the date of credit. 
• Also, as part of this offer, the 20% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered on orders placed using any coupon code other than NMSNEW20.

•     A 20% NMS SuperCash (max. Please Note: A minimum order of Rs. 799 worth of medicines (along with ANY other products) is required to get a 20% NMS SuperCash.
•     20% NMS SuperCash validity: 60 days from the date of credit.

Terms and Conditions - 20% NMS SuperCash

• The 20% NMS SuperCash is eligible on your FIRST fully Pre-paid medicine order only (not valid if partly paid by COD). A minimum order of Rs. 799 worth of medicines (along with ANY other products) is required to get a 20% NMS SuperCash.
• The 20% NMS SuperCash will be credited in to your Netmeds Cash Wallet account ONLY after your pre-paid order, (placed using the coupon code NMSNEW20), is delivered.
• Under this offer, the maximum cashback amount (20% NMS SuperCash) offered is Rs. 1000.
• The 20% NMS SuperCash will be offered ONLY for the orders placed using the promotional coupon code: NMSNEW20.
• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the cashback offer will be applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines.
• COD orders are not eligible for 20% NMS SuperCash. 
• The 20% NMS SuperCash is eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment method. NOTE: The 20% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing Netmeds wallet balance such as NMS Cash/NMS SuperCash payment, AND/OR e-voucher code.

How to redeem 20% NMS SuperCash? 

Just follow these 4 easy steps to use/redeem your NMS SuperCash, after it has been credited to your Netmeds wallet account.

• Step 1: Add the Medicines you want to your cart.
• Step 2: At the Cart page, in the right-hand side, check “NMS SuperCash” button and the deduction of your NMS SuperCash will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Please note: The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 18% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Step 3: Upload/attach Prescription.
• Step 4: Review order and complete payment.
• You should log in to your Netmeds account and check under the Netmeds SuperCash segment of your NMS Wallet to know the value of your NMS SuperCash, which will be credited once your pre-paid order, placed using the coupon code NMSNEW20, has been delivered.  Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
• Expiry of 20% NMS SuperCash Wallet Amount: The 20% cashback amount that has been credited to your Netmeds SuperCash wallet will expire 60 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused NMS SuperCash, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 45 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• The NMS SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY.
• The NMS SuperCash CANNOT be redeemed on OTC & FMCG products.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 18% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Your earned 20% NMS SuperCash can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) NMS Cash or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available).
• Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders where the NMS SuperCash is redeemed. Regular shipping charges are as follows: Shipping charges for order value up to Rs. 249.99 is Rs. 99 and charges for order value between Rs. 250 and Rs. 999.99 is Rs. 29. FREE Delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more.
• NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
•     NMS cashbacks will NOT be given for a pre-paid order where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed/used for making payment.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• This offer is not valid towards previous purchases.

Other Terms and Conditions

• This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding.
• This offer will become null and void in the event that an order placed using the promotional coupon code is cancelled.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute this offer at any time without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to revise the maximum limit for the Cashback amount or change the validity period of the Cashback under this Offer at any point of time with or without prior notice to the customers.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to withdraw the NMS SuperCash from customers’ wallet account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the offer.
• Netmeds.com is not responsible for any failed transactions as part of this offer NOR liable for any failures relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating in this offer.
• Netmeds’ decision shall be final and binding in all respects with respect to the matters relating to the offer.
• The offer shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai.
