Direction for Use/Dosage
- Thoroughly wash feeding bottle or bowl, nipple, cap, measuring cup, and all utensils to be used in preparing the feeding
- After rinsing soap from the utensils, boil them for 5 minutes
- Provide a clean surface on which to prepare the formula
- In a separate pan, heat water to a rolling boil for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm
- For correct measurement of water, please use the measuring cup provided inside the box
- Pour the correct amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilized feeding bottle or bowl
- Fill enclosed scoop, then scrape level with the straight edge of the knife
- Add one level enclosed scoop (approx. 4.4g) of 1 powder to each 30ml of water in the bottle or bowl
- Mix until completely dissolved, test temperature, and feed
- After feeding, discard any unused formula within 1 hour

- Infant food/infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant
- Use as directed by your babyās physician
- Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula
- Failure to follow these instructions can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your baby
- Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your babyās physician
- Use water that has previously been boiled at a full rolling boil for 5 minutes
- Allow the water to cool to lukewarm and follow mixing instructions carefully
- Use only the scoop enclosed in this box to measure
- If you prepare more than one feeding it must be refrigerated at 350 ā 450 C and used within 24 hours
- Once feeding begins, use within one hour and discard the rest
- Keep the container closed after use
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant
- Never use a microwave oven to prepare or warm formula, it may result in serious burns
