Q: How do I return my order?
A: You can reach out to our customer support team via call, chat or email. Please request for the return by providing the following details:
- Order ID
- Name of item(s) ordered with quantity
- Reason for return
- Based on the return request, a pickup will be organised
Q: How does Netmeds' return policy for medicines work?
A: Netmeds has a flexible returns policy. We accept returns within 7 days from delivery. We may allow the return of unopened/unused product(s) after deducting a restocking charge. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories:
- Injections
- Health Monitor & Equipment
- Ortho Support
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once the refund has been initiated, the amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:
- Netmeds Wallet - Same day
- NEFT - 1-3 working days from the date of refund initiation
- Online refund - 7-10 working days from the date of refund initiation
- PhonePe and other wallets - 48 hours from the date of refund initiation
