Q: How does Netmeds' return policy for medicines work?

A: Netmeds has a flexible returns policy. We accept returns within 7 days from delivery. We may allow the return of unopened/unused product(s) after deducting a restocking charge. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories:

  • Injections
  • Health Monitor & Equipment
  • Ortho Support
Q: Which medicines are eligible for returns?

A: We may allow the return of unopened/unused medicines. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipments and Ortho Support.

Q: How do I return my order?

A: You can reach out to our customer support team via call, chat or email. Please request for the return by providing the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Name of item(s) ordered with quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Based on the return request, a pickup will be organised
Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Once the refund has been initiated, the amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:

  • Netmeds Wallet - Same day
  • NEFT - 1-3 working days from the date of refund initiation
  • Online refund - 7-10 working days from the date of refund initiation
  • PhonePe and other wallets - 48 hours from the date of refund initiation

Please note that this timeline depends on your banking partner as well.

Q: Does Netmeds pickup the product(s) I want to return from my location?

A: In most cases, yes, we do pickup the product(s) you want to return based on your return request within 2 - 3 working days. However, in some rare cases, the courier in some pincodes do not offer return pickup, and in those cases we may ask you to return the item to us.

Q: I have placed a return request but no one has come for the pickup.

A: Our logistics team will make three attempts to pickup the item(s) for return. If the item(s) is/are not picked up within the third attempt, it will be assumed that you want to keep the product(s). You can initiate a new return request if the item(s) meet(s) the return criteria.

Q: Items are different from what I ordered.

A: We are sorry. Kindly email us at wrong@netmeds.com with the following details. We will get back to you shortly.

  • Order ID
  • Name of the item(s) you had ordered
  • Name of the item(s) received
Q: Are there any restrictions to returning a product?

A: Products from the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Injections
  • Health monitor & equipment
  • Ortho support

Netmeds also reserves the rights to refuse returns and refunds for certain products. Please read the product pages carefully before making your purchase.
