A: If you were not notified about your referral benefit, it is likely that one or more of the following scenarios could have taken place:

• The referred member did not apply your referral code while placing the order
• The user clicked on your link but did not create an account or complete their first purchase
• The referred member placed an eligible order, but the order was not fulfilled
• The person who used the code is a Netmeds customer
• Your referral benefit has expired

A: Yes. The referral benefit is valid for 45 days from the date it was credited to your account.
