A: Once the refund has been initiated, the amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:

• Netmeds Wallet - Same day
• NEFT - 1-3 working days from the date of refund initiation
• Online refund - 7-10 working days from the date of refund initiation
• PhonePe and other wallets - 48 hours from the date of refund initiation
• COD refunds may take as long as 3 weeks. To expedite the refund process, all refunds may be made to the “customer wallet” which is a very fast process.
  Please note that this timeline depends on your banking partner as well.
