A: Here orders are placed based on the prescriptions uploaded by the customers. Once the prescription is uploaded, the order is placed by our pharmacist. You will receive a notification/call to check the details of the prescription and complete the order.

A: If you have placed an “Assisted Order”, you will not be able to add any other medication which is not mentioned in the uploaded prescription. You can however place another order for the medication you require.
