    TINNEX 20MG CAPSULE is used in the management of abdominal pain and tinnitus. It contains Caroverine which belongs to the group of medicines known as Antispasmodic agents. TINNEX 20MG CAPSULE works by blocking specific calcium channels and modifying neurotransmitter release in the nervous system. This helps in reducing abnormal nerve activity that leads to muscle spasms and protects the inner ear's nerve cells.

    Before taking TINNEX 20MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver or heart disease. There are limited studies available for pregnant and breastfeeding women. TINNEX 20MG CAPSULE can be taken with or without food, though taking it with food may reduce gastrointestinal side effects.
