    Introduction About T BACT OINTMENT

    T Bact Ointment is a topical antibiotic used to manage certain skin infections. It also used to manage infections of small cuts, wounds, and abrasions. It contains Mupirocin as an active ingredient that possesses antibacterial properties.

    Mupirocin works by inhibiting the synthesis of proteins found in the cell walls of bacteria, thereby inhibiting the action of causative bacteria. It inhibits the growth of bacteria in lower concentrations (bacteriostatic property), whereas at higher concentrations, it inhibits the infecting bacteria.

    Always use T Bact Ointment as advised by your physician. It is not suitable for use in the eyes and nose, in conjunction with cannula (tubes inserted in the body), or at the site of central venous cannulation. Avoid contact with eyes.
